The studio
We read the heat before it has a name.
Predict is an industrial design and communication studio led by Federico Giambanco. In the age of overexposure everything ships and everything shouts; we look for the hotspots, the places where a need is quietly warming up, and we design exactly there. We design what comes next. Then we make it work.
The method
Hear the noise
Always onProducts, data and launches, every day. We track markets, technology and behaviour so the signal is already framed when a project starts: attention is the scarcest material left, and we treat it that way.
Find the heat
Discovery sprint · 1 to 2 weeksWe map where desire is gathering before it has a name. You get a direction worth betting on, a defined product opportunity and a scoped plan, not a deck of vague trends.
Shape the answer
Design and engineering · 6 to 12 weeksThe idea gets a body, designed for that exact spot. Formal research, sketching, CAD, prototyping and engineering development, with AI-assisted exploration where it multiplies options. You review working artefacts at a steady rhythm, never surprises at the end.
Make it land
Identity and story · 2 to 4 weeks, often in parallelThe product enters the world with a voice people remember, right on time: naming, identity, communication and the launch assets. Designed with the product, not bolted on after.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. The studio is based in Italy and works with clients across Europe and beyond. Discovery and reviews run remotely by default; on-site sessions are arranged when the project benefits from them, typically at kickoff and during prototype reviews.
Do you only do concepts, or do you take products to production?
Both, and the difference is explicit from day one. Some engagements are vision and concept work, built to align stakeholders and open a direction. Others run all the way through engineering, prototyping and production follow-up. You choose the depth; we scope it honestly.
How long does a typical project take?
A discovery sprint takes one to two weeks. A full product design cycle, from research to a validated design ready for engineering, typically runs six to twelve weeks depending on complexity. Brand and launch work usually runs in parallel rather than after.
What industries do you work with?
Predict is intentionally cross-industry: consumer products, mobility, wellness, apparel and technology. The method, reading signals, designing the object and its story together, transfers; the craft adapts.
How does AI fit into your process?
As an accelerator, never as the designer. We use AI for formal research, variant exploration and simulation, which multiplies the ground we can cover, and every final decision stays a human, design-driven synthesis.
How do we start?
Write to hello@predict.studio with two or three lines about what you are trying to make happen. You get a reply within two working days, usually with a short call proposal and, if we are a fit, a discovery sprint plan.
